Out-of-State Academic Student Complaint Procedure

Southeastern Illinois College is committed to resolving student complaints in an prompt and fair manner. Online students living outside of Illinois should try to resolve any complaints directly with Southeastern by contacting the Coordinator of Media Services & Distance Learning. The College works diligently to find positive resolutions to all student concerns. Please try to exhaust all avenues of complaint resolution before going outside the College. However, if an issue cannot be resolved internally, students can file a complaint with the state in which they reside.
